Receive and return packages from over 90 shipping partners.
1,200 locations and the etiquette that goes with them
For Päckli Punkt, we implemented the website for the nationwide Swiss parcel network, trilingual in German, French and Italian. Using the location finder, you can find the nearest of the 1,200 drop-off points on the map, either via geolocation or by searching for an address. Anyone who needs a shipping label for a return can order one via a shop system, which by Interface is connected to the internal management software. You can then use the package tracking to see where the shipment currently is.
We took care of the technical implementation, and we were jointly responsible for the project with We Are York. Out of 328 submissions, 85 projects made it to the Shortlist of Best of Swiss Web 2025, including Päckli Point in the User Experience category.
